My Work with Engineers Without Borders

I will be working in Northern Ghana with the Engineers Without Borders’s Agricultural sector team and in collaboration with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA).

I will be working in a town called Paga which is the district capital of Kassena-Nankana West, which is located in the Upper East region of Ghana.

Concretely, I will develop performance-based incentives together with MoFA staff that will motivate extension agents to address the needs of farmers more effectively. Further, I will co-develop small market interventions with leading MoFA staff members that will enable extension agents to help communities overcome market barriers.
